The Fourth Sunday of Advent 2022
While we will have a weekly email next week, I imagine that many of you will not open it (but you should) as we all get wrapped up in preparations for Christmas (see what I did there?). So I am taking this opportunity to wish you a blessed end of Advent. I hope to see you in church on Sunday, or at the pageant Sunday evening, or on Christmas Eve at 3pm, 5pm, or 9pm. If you find yourself elsewhere I hope you still find a community with whom you can welcome again the Christ child into our lives. For those of you traveling, I wish you traveling mercies. For everyone I wish you all of the hope, joy, love and peace of this season. A thank you to everyone who makes Advent and Christmas happen at St. Cross from the acolytes to the ushers, pageant people to St. Monicas, donors of money and gifts to the Giving Tree. Thank you everyone for making St. Cross a sign of God's love to our community.
Peace,
Rev. Rachel+
