November is a time for remembrance, reflection, and thanksgiving.
November 1 is All Saints Day, a day on which we honor all saints, known and unknown. This Sunday we invite you to place photographs of loved ones on our Altar of Remembrance in the chapel, and light candles in their memory.
This Sunday evening, at 5 pm, join us as the St. Cross choir and orchestra present a special performance of John Rutter’s Requiem. Completed in 1985 and dedicated to the memory of his father, Mr. Rutter’s Requiem is one of the most popular choral compositions of the last 40 years. You won’t want to miss it.
I’m also looking forward to the return of our Faith @ 5 services on November 26. These are great opportunities for families to connect, share meals, discuss the Gospel and other readings, and celebrate the Eucharist together.
Peace,
Jack Tedford
