Endowment Committee Candidate: Andrew Mertz | St. Cross Episcopal Church

I would like to serve on the St. Cross Endowment Committee because: I am passionate about the importance of education in the development of people, both personally and professionally. Allowing wider access to those opportunities through grants, scholarships, and other funding sources is a wonderful cause, and I think it is great that St. Cross has the resources available for that cause.

In my life’s work, I am/have been particularly good at these skills: 1. Analytical learning/thinking. 2. Evaluation of multiple perspectives. 3. Leadership

Special hobbies/interests/outreach which I enjoy: 1. College football. 2. Being outside/exercise (Beach, running, lifting weights, skiing)
