Beach Mass Sunday at 10! | St. Cross Episcopal Church

Please join us on Sunday, July 14, at 10am for VBS Beach Mass! We'll meet at 22nd St. and The Strand for church on the beach -- look for the surfboard altar. All VBS families are invited and make sure to have your child wear their VBS shirt. Yes, there will be normal church in our sanctuary at 9am for those who want to attend that also.

For those of you who have never attended Beach Mass here's what you need to know:

Park your car at the church
Bring your towel, or beach chair and definitely your sunscreen
Walk down the hill on Monterey towards Martha's on Hermosa Ave (to the right out of the parking lot away from the church)
When you come to the Strand, look to your right and you should see us setting up a few houses down
Find your spot, say hi to your neighbors, and get ready to worship and enjoy the VBS earworms the kids have been enjoying all week.
Families are invited to hang out at the beach and enjoy the day after the service!
